Lumine Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community, Spain, will play host this week to over 210 PGA Professionals during the 2019 Costa Daurada Golf Festival as they compete in the Costa Daurada International Pro-Am and the PGAs of Europe Fourball Championship Presented by Costa Daurada.

Hailing from 12 countries, female and male PGA Professionals will have the opportunity to sample the delights of the Costa Daurada region and the world-class facilities of Lumine and its Lakes and Hills Courses.

The Festival begins with 16 Professionals and 48 amateur golfers competing over 54 holes in Costa Daurada International Pro-Am for a guaranteed professional prize fund of €20,000.

Directly after the Pro-Am over 200 Pros will then take part in the PGAs of Europe Fourball Championship Presented By Costa Daurada, competing in pairs in one of the largest professional tournaments in the world.

The PGA of Spain’s Emilio Cuartero captured his first Professional Win at the 2018 edition of the Costa Daurada International Pro-Am, and returns once again looking to defend his title.

Cuartero also returns to the 2018 Fourball Championship alongside one half of the victorious 2018 pair, Xavier Puig Giner, who produced a wire-to-wire finish with Adria Arnaus Antunex to win the Championship.
