The Role: As a Golf Advisor you will be responsible for advising all Urban Golf customers on how the simulators work and offer basic golfing tips to assist their game. Within this position you will also be responsible for the following: • Maintain and upkeep all projectors, simulators and screens • Keep a detailed report in the maintenance log regarding errors, faults and repairs • Provide a report on a weekly basis to Management & Full Swing of errors and repairs • Up selling of Urban Golf products i.e lessons/custom fittings/retail/food and drink Requirements: Ideally we are looking to hear from individuals who have previously waiter/waitress experience, and along with a sound knowledge of the game of golf. Additional skills: • Hold a golf handicap less than 10 • Excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills • Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative • Pleasant and polite manner Salary: The role is based on a 40 hour week with a basic salary GBP £14k – GBP £16.5k, with OTE GBP £18k – GBP £20k depending on experience.
