Job Description

Michael International Golf Academy wish to recruit a PGA Qualified Professional to join their existing team in Shanghai for the position of Senior Instructor. Michael International Golf Academy (MIGA) was founded by a PGA of Great Britain & Ireland Professional and China Olympic Team Coach, Michael Dickie. The academy operates from 3 locations in Shanghai and has a team of 10 Instructors from around the world.

Candidates will undergo in-house training and will be provided with world class teaching facilities and analysis equipment such as Trackman, Swing Catalyst, AMM 3D, K Vest, 4D Motion, SM2, Sam Putt Lab, V1, Blast, Visio and many other leading training aids etc.

The suitable candidate will be PGA qualified, self motivated, possess good communication skills and display a positive attitude. He or she should have a passion for high quality work, an eagerness to learn and improve and be amenable to different cultures. Coaching junior golfers and beginner golfers will be a significant part of this position.

Preference will be given to candidates, who are TPI Qualified, have experience using the technology listed above and possess strong junior coaching experience.

An attractive package of basic salary and commission will be awarded to the Successful candidate along with China visa.

  • TPI Certified - Desirable

  • Trackman Certified - Desirable
